28th SESSION OF THE CONFERENCE OF THE PARTIES (COP 28) UEA


 IPCC vice- Chair Dkt. Ladislaus Chang'a spoke at the Children and Youth Pavilion at #COP28 today.

Calling on the youth and young scientists to play a greater role in the IPCC process.

" Youth are the agent of change and therefore play a critical role"
