This Public Weather Services training for Azam Journalists aimed at strengthening the link between the providers and users of public weather services, so that individuals, communities and organizations can make effective use of the available products and services and foster a better understanding and awareness of public weather services in terms of their availability, the terminology used, the way they can be used to the greatest effect and their socio-economic benefits as well as to easier communication among societies. The training aimed to meet World Met. Organization (WMO) requirements.
Training participants were from AZAM pay TV and training facilitators were from TMA and WMO.
