CAPACITY TRAINING OF TMA STAFF FOR THE PRODUCTION OF DOWNSCALED FORECASTS FOR DISTRICTS OF KITETO AND LONGIDO

Dr. Hashim Ng'ongolo gave a speech on behalf of Director General of TMA during an opening ceremony for  capacity training of TMA staff for the production of downscaled forecasts for Districts of Kiteto and longido, which took place on 29th to 2nd October 2014.
